Located in Section 20, Washington Township, Mercer County, Ohio.  This farm borders Rauh Rd= and consists of blount and pew= amo soils. The farm is located in the Coldwater School District. Th= ere are several older farm buildings and a grain bin on this tract. The farm has app. 14 acres of woodland and a creek flowing diagonally thru the parcel. <= /p>

 

Terms: $20,000 down on each tract= day of the sale with the balance within 30 days. Possession= at closing.
